At this year’s Etmaal van de Communicatiewetenschap, we were delighted to share insights from two of our latest research projects. Our first presentation shared findings from a user study examining how couples-based sexual health promotion chatbots are perceived. The second presentation discussed results from our human evaluation studies investigating the use of large language models in chatbots designed for healthcare applications. The conference was held on February 3-4 in Bruges, Belgium.
